How to Join
It’s really easy to join the group and we are always open to new members. To apply just turn up at anyone of our sessions.
To be able to participate and benefit from joining the group, all we need is a signed membership application form, or a referral from a hospital “Cardiac Rehab” programme or a health care professional.
